Michelle's Tapping Toolkit

Below is a collection of (FREE) Tapping Resources in my own toolkit from some of my favorite Tapping Practitioners:

Founded by siblings Nick, Jessica, and Alex Ortner in 2007

I downloaded the Tapping Solution App in 2023 for free and then eventually paid for full access. My biggest regret was not downloading it sooner. I tap using this App every single day and sometimes throughout the day using their quick, tapping meditations. Jessica provides Daily Inspirations within the App, as well, which my husband and I love listening to together. Overall, I enjoy using this App and feel like it helps me to slow down my mind and stay more present during the busyness of the day.

The Tapping Solution also holds the Annual Tapping World Summit for free (around Feb. each year) + has several New York Times Best-Selling books, programs, and masterclasses. You can also check out their free blog + podcasts.

Founded by Brad Yates

Brad kids around online saying, "If you have a challenge, more than likely, I have a tap for that." That's because, over the years he has created an extensive number of free tapping videos on his YouTube Channel on topics related to:

✨Anxiety, Fear & Worry ✨Self Worth & Self Love ✨Money & Wealth ✨Healing from Trauma ✨Love & Relationships ✨Health and Wellness

Worth checking out!

Founded by Gene Monterastelli

Gene has so many incredible, free resources, I don't know where to begin. It's like - if you're a treasure-hunter, these resources are little gems that you pick up and put into your treasure chest.

I am a subscriber of his free Tapping Q&A podcast; they're short episodes where I get these little, bite-sized nuggets of life-changing information/inspiration/perspective. I highly recommend it.

Gene has a free, 10-step guide to stop self-sabotage + also holds free tapping challenges throughout the year. I have attended several of Gene's challenges and have also paid for some of his courses like, "Mastering the Art of Delivery."

On his website, he has 500+ free tapping audios and a free, tapping "Set-up Phrase Generator" if you need help finding the words to say (if creating your own tapping script). Each time you refresh the page, 10 new set-up phrases generate.

Founded by Steve Wells & Dr. David Lake

One of the greatest inspirations behind Restorative Tapping's focus, "tapping throughout the day" comes from what EFT Down Under calls "energy toning,"  which is where, when we tap routinely, overall stress levels in the body progressively go down and confidence and good life energy goes up.

In addition to using traditional tapping techniques, they have developed new (ground-breaking), Energy Techniques. I, personally, have tried Steve's Intention-based Energy Process (IEP) via his Group Coaching Program. I also have Steve's book, 100% YES! The Energy of Success,  which I recommend exploring if you're looking to align with your highest values and clear resistances that are getting in the way.

If interested, you can sign up for their free newsletter to find out about both free + paid classes & workshops.

Doesn't matter, I'm telling you, this guy is the expert.

Founded by Betty Moore-Hafter

Betty is an AAMET Accredited Certified
EFT Master Trainer of Trainers, and over the last 20+ years, has completed additional Trainings and Certifications in the healing arts.

Virtually via Zoom, along with 4-5 other ladies across the United States, Betty was the teacher who opened the door in my heart and deepened my understanding of how to best use EFT.

The most lasting takeaway I gained from Betty is to listen and watch. Listen and watch closely, and use your clients' words whenever possible vs. interpreting what you think they're saying and using your words while tapping with them (which may or may not be the best fit for how they're really feeling).

While I decided that providing one-on-one EFT coaching was not the path that I wanted to take next, Betty was instrumental in helping me gain a foundational understanding about what EFT is, how it came about, and the best ways to use this amazing technique via a process that honors the client first; meeting them where they are at, maintaining rapport, being curious together, and "going with the flow."

Check out her Free Gifts here which include eBooks such as Top Ten Tapping Tips, When Life Throws You Curveballs..., and The Transforming Stress Toolkit.

Many Other EFT "Tappers"
on YouTube

There are so many great EFT practitioners on YouTube that have free tap-along videos such as Michael Hetherington - The Taoist TapperJulie Schiffman, and Melanie Moore... just to name a few. If you have something bothering you and/or have a topic in mind that you'd like to tap on (e.g. a heart break), you can also go to YouTube and, in the search bar, type in something like," EFT Tapping for heart break" and pick a tap-along video from the search results that resonates with you.
