  • Do you recommend one-on-one coaching with an EFT Practitioner? If so, do you offer it?
Yes! I wholeheartedly recommend one-on-one coaching with an EFT Practitioner! Working with an EFT practitioner can help you to identify and address underlying emotions and beliefs that may be contributing to the challenges that you're experiencing. I have personally received one-on-one coaching from EFT Practitioners from all over the world (both free coaching sessions from fellow tapping friends/mentors over the years (and ongoing), as well as paid coaching sessions from a specialized tapping practitioner who helped me experience profound healing from family trauma). Do I offer one-on-one coaching? No, I do not anymore. While l have loved working with clients one-on-one to do inner child work, I found out through my experiences that I feel the most invigorated when I'm working closely with individuals and groups leading workshops, giving presentations at workplaces, and creating acupressure tools and resources in a holistic way that integrates herbs, creativity, movement, and other therapeutic approaches. If you're thinking about working with an EFT practitioner and don't know where to start, the Tapping Solution has a great directory where you can search by country/state: https://thetappingsolution.com/eft-practitioners/
  • Is EFT the only tapping technique you use?
No, it is not! I also use other tapping techniques such as Simple Energy Techniques (SET) and Provocative Energy Techniques (PET) developed by Steve Wells and Dr. David Lake, as well as Intention-based Energy Process (IEP), also known as Intention Tapping, developed more recently by Steve Wells. Additionally, I share other tapping modalities that I have personally discovered to be effective. Tapping is an ever-emerging field and I enjoy sharing and intuitively blending different approaches. The more tools and strategies we have at our disposal, the better. :)
